How to use Touch-Tone Banking
1. Connect Call 818.238.2900. When the automated phone system begins, press extension 7.
2. Access to Your Account Touch-Tone Banking will ask you to enter your account number and Personal Access Code. If you have been issued a temporary Access Code (such as 1234), the system will ask you to create a new Access Code before you can make your first transaction. When creating a new Access Code, consider using a frequently used PIN from another account. For security, avoid using any portion of your Social Security Number, address, phone number and birth date. Please be sure to have your new Personal Access Code ready when you call. You may change your Personal Access Code at any time and as often as you would like simply by pressing 93#.
3. Transfer & Withdraw Funds* To enter a dollar amount for the transfer or withdrawal of funds, no decimals are needed, and you must include cents even if the amount is zero. For example, enter $500.00 as 50000#. Enter $234.55 as 23455#.
The system will verify the amount you entered. If it is incorrect, you can cancel by pressing 9# to start again. Once the correct amount is entered, you can accept by pressing #1 and the amount will post to your account immediately. If you would like to cancel the transaction, please press the # key. To check the amount posted, simply follow the prompts.
* Transfers from Savings are limited to six per month per Savings "ID," due to federal regulations that apply to all financial institutions. However, you may make unlimited transfers from your checking account.
4. Sign Off When all transactions are completed, please sign off the system. This can be done by pressing the “*” key.

How to choose a new Personal Access Code:
DO USE a frequently used PIN from another Account. DO USE someone else’s birth date, your graduation date, etc. DO NOT USE any portion of your Social Security Number.
DO NOT USE your birth date, phone number, or address.
